organization consultation
Our free consultation program uses a two prong approach to help businesses be more inclusive. First, we use generalized data from welcomed. to inform organizations of their inclusive status. Second, we conduct an inclusion assessment to identify aspects that are going well and can be improved. Even local organizations without reviews can utilize our services to become more inclusive to receive positive reviews. We hire expert informants to conduct an assessment, provide an inclusion roadmap, and connect to further resources in the community. The goal of this service is to employ experts with lived experiences while creating a more inclusive community. It’s a win-win situation for all.

professional development solutions
welcomed here consists of trained experts and educators in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). We create free industry-specific professional development trainings, workshops, and materials that employees will be able to relate to. We believe DEI is an attitude- an organizational culture- not a checklist training, therefore, we offer the agency a system for continuous communication and partnerships.

welcomed here provides a FREE 8-month training for organizations to learn insights and strategies to improve the inclusive environment for both employees and their audience. During the training, consultants work one-on-one with participants to help implement small, but impactful changes within their personal capabilities. These small changes lead to greater outcomes for everyone. The Inclusive Spaces Workshop Series is a cohort training model that starts in February of each year.
